This course is putting together a regular in-class program for beginners in digital photography with beautiful strolls in one of the most beautiful towns in the World: Florence.

Aims and objectives
This program covers the use of the digital photocamera, digital photography techniques, file management, file development. Beside the use of the camera and the lenses, the program involves the use of the computer and applications for editing and adjustments of photos. The course is also designed to supply you with a basic knowledge of composition and photographic communication. Part of the classes will be covering outdoor practice for shooting digital pictures in Florence.
The goal of the course is to train the student to the world of photography, giving a wide panoramic on a good number of topics, teaching how to use one’s photocamera well, introducing to the applications for the computer necessary to complete the digital workflow, making a portfolio of pictures from a summer in Florence.
Prerequisites and requirements
The course is a beginner level, so a previous knowledge of photography is not required. Several classes are planned outdoor, so please expect to have some walks in Florence and surroundings sometimes.
