This project had the goal of covering the different types of services offered day by day in Florence. You will see the traditional job in a Pizzeria, selling hot and delicious slices to go. The workers in the Central Market offering fresh products needed for the typical Mediterranean diet. The Musicians playing in the streets and giving tourist a free show in exchange of a couple Euros that help them live out their passion. A modern hair salon, that keeps up with the latest fashion trends and gives stylish haircuts in a contemporary ambience. You would see the differences between the high physical demand job of a street worker and the calm job of a magazine seller that can actually sit down and enjoy a good reading while he waits for a costumer. You would realize the difference of the jobs that demand the interaction with people like in a hardware store or those that are more secluded like that of an artist. And finally, the work of a photographer and video maker that document the dream come true of a couple who traveled around the world to have their wedding with the most spectacular view.
These are the jobs of the people in Florence, this is Florence Today.
