TheDarkroom Academy and Centro Italiano Firenze (TDA) are entitled to keep storage of your personal data registered through TheDarkroom Academy, upon your agreement.
At time of enrollment you are asked to sign the Conditions document where you grant TDA and its partner companies the right to store and manage your data for purposes related to school activities and school functions. Your data are not accessible to any person but the ones in charge to use your data for to carry out school functions and/or activities.
For no reason TDA will hand over your data to an external society/company/partner not partner of it.
If you want ALL your data be deleted from our database you must send a written paper containing all your personal data you want to delete, with the specific order to delete all the specific data from our files. Please consider that if you omit to indicate your personal email address(s) we may be not able to find your data out.
In this case all your data will be deleted.
By submitting your email address with the form on the right column of any TheDarkroom’s web site page you opt in to be included in our mailing lists for receiving communications by TDA regarding our activities.
By enrolling to any of our activities you agree to have your email address added to our mailing lists.
By asking for information about any course or activity you agree to have your email address added to our mailing lists in order to carry out the specific request.
By emailing that specific address to unsubscribe[at]thedarkroom.it (no need to enter any subject line) sender’s email address will be permanently removed from all our mailing lists. Please consider that this policy concerns ONLY the email address. If you want all your data be deleted, please refer to the previous part of this document (PERSONAL DATA).
According to the Italian Law concerning privacy (L. 196/03) you authorize TDA to the use of such data.
According to the same law, you authorize your data being managed by TDA.
Please consider that any refusal to such authorization may yield to a stop of all activities you are enrolled to, as well as the refusal of your enrollment application.
